The III VCF Academy Coaches Convention will bring together coaches from all over the world at the Ciudad Deportiva of Valencia CF

The Ciudad Deportiva of Valencia CF is preparing to host this first week of March the III VCF Academy Coaches Convention, which will bring together 60 coaches arriving from different countries where Valencia CF develops the VCF Academy Programs.

In this third edition, the VCF Academy Coaches Convention takes another step forward both in the number of coaches present - more than 60 from different countries in America, Europe and Asia - and in the content that will be shared in a specific training programme to deepen the identity and playing methodology of the VCF Academy, a reference in Europe in the development of players to compete at the elite level.

The 60 coaches present at this III VCF Academy Coaches Convention will be divided into three differentiated levels according to the specificity of the training offered: VCF Academy Coach Level 1, VCF Academy Coach Level 2 and VCF Academy Coach Level 3, the most advanced for those coaches who have already taken part in previous editions.

The III VCF Academy Coaches Convention will reinforce a shared academy identity and playing idea defined by clear and recognisable intentions in all phases: to be dominant, unpredictable and decisive.

The training will delve into how to transfer these intentions to training sessions so that they reproduce the real demands of competition and to develop players capable of interpreting the context and adapting. Integrating the values that define the VCF Academy to prepare footballers not only to compete at the highest possible level, but also to proudly represent the identity of Valencia CF anywhere in the world.

Over the four days of the III VCF Academy Coaches Convention, the 60 coaches in attendance will receive both theoretical and practical training sessions on the pitch, adapted to their respective levels, in days that will conclude with a final training session and evening event at Mestalla.

The III VCF Academy Coaches Convention forms part of the VCF Academy Programs, which each season organise a wide programme of activities in which more than 5,000 players and 400 coaches from over 50 countries around the world take part, enabling them to better understand the playing methodology of the VCF Academy.

The VCF Soccer Academies that the VCF Academy has in strategic markets in North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania, the VCF Soccer Camps, international partnerships, technical consultancy and the VCF Academy World Cup are part of the VCF Academy Programs that help to expand the Valencia CF brand worldwide and what their colours symbolise.
